Important News for JEE-Mains & NEET-UG Aspirants

Addressing the students nationwide in a Q&A session over Facebook and Twitter, the Education Minister Dr Ramesh Pokhariyal Nishank has finally announced the dates for various national level examinations such as JEE- Mains and Advance, NEET-UG and the Board Examinations.

 

 

Due to the COVID-19 crises, the dates of various national level examinations had been postponed by the MHRD keeping in mind the well-being and security of the students. As the Union Government on 4th May, permitted considerable relaxations in the districts falling in the Green and Orange zones, the dates of various examinations have been announced by the Education Minister, today on May 5th.

 

 

Answering the questions of students Dr Nishank announced that the JEE- Mains Examination will be conducted from 18th July to 23rd July, while the JEE- Advance will be conducted in the month of August. Students appearing for the NEET-UG Examination will have their exam on 26th July, and all the remaining Board Examinations will be conducted in the month of June. 

Dr Nishank advised students to begin their preparation for the respective examinations. He asked students to take help from various government portals such as SWAYAM, SWAYAM PRABHA, and the National Digital Library, for the syllabus and study materials for various examinations.
