Every year, many talented students in Haldwani and across Kumaon choose a coaching institute only on the basis of fees or a friend's advice. They never get a fair chance to show what they are capable of. The Future Forum Talent Support Examination (FTSE) was created to change that.
In this article, we explain what FTSE is, who can take it, how the scholarship works and how you can register.
What is FTSE?
FTSE is Future Forum's own scholarship test. It helps us find hard-working students and support them with a scholarship for our classroom programmes for JEE, NEET-UG and Foundation. It also gives every student an honest picture of where they stand before choosing a path.
Who can take the test?
- Students of Class 8, 9 and 10
- Students of Class 11 and 12
- Droppers (12+) preparing again for JEE or NEET-UG
What do you get?
- Scholarship of up to ₹90,000 per student
- Up to 100% scholarship in our classroom programmes
- Special fee concession and recognition for rank holders
- Merit certificate and medal for the top 10% of students
- Free career support, offline, till Class 12
- A personal academic roadmap for every student who takes the test
Registration is free. There is no fee to take the test.

4 ways to earn your scholarship
Your scholarship can be based on any one of these. Whichever gives you the higher scholarship is applied.
- Your FTSE score
- Your NEET-UG score
- Your JEE Main score
- Your Board marks
How to prepare for FTSE
- Start with NCERT. The test is based on NCERT, so revise your textbook concepts first.
- Understand, don't memorise. Questions test whether you understand an idea, not whether you have learnt a line by heart.
- Practise reasoning (Class 8–10): 15 minutes of puzzles and series questions a day makes a big difference.
- Practise in a time limit. Solve a few questions with a timer so that 60–90 minutes feels comfortable.
- Don't panic. FTSE is also about knowing where you stand. Every student gets a roadmap, whatever the score.
How to register
- Go to the FTSE section on our website.
- Fill in the student's name, parent's name, WhatsApp number, class, interest and test mode. It takes a minute.
- Our team will share the test date and details with you on WhatsApp.
